Renters' Rights Act guidance for landlords published on GOV.UK

The government published detailed guidance for landlords and letting agents on the changes introduced by the Renters' Rights Act 2025. The guidance covers the new tenancy regime, updated possession grounds, rent increase rules, and tenant rights coming into effect on 1 May 2026.
